Pickup Point - New Wave Guide

ServicePoints

1. At purchase: Select 'DHL ServicePoint' at the store's checkout.
2. Via SMS/Email: Once the parcel is shipped, you receive a link to the ODD portal. Click it and choose 'Collect from a ServicePoint'.
3. Site/App: Enter the tracking number on the DHL website and change the delivery to the New Wave point in Nazaré.

Access Points

1. At purchase: Choose 'UPS Access Point' if available.
2. Via UPS My Choice: Create a free account on the portal/app and set a fixed pickup point as your preference.
3. Redirection: If you're not home, request via the tracking site for the parcel to go to the New Wave Access Point in Nazaré.

ParcelShops

1. At purchase: Choose the 'Delivery to ParcelShop' option.
2. FlexDeliveryService: GLS sends an email with a link for you to change the day, address, or choose a ParcelShop.
3. Tracking Site: Enter the parcel number and postal code. If it hasn't gone out for delivery yet, select the point on the New Wave map in Nazaré.

VASP Kios

1. At purchase: Select 'VASP Kios' and use the map to find the kiosk nearest to you.
2. On the Site: Through the VASP tracking portal, you can request delivery to a specific Kios point.

Lockers

1. At purchase: Select 'New Wave' on the map that appears in the Vinted App.
2. Vinted App: Choose carefully at checkout! It's not possible to change the point after the label is generated.
3. Collection: You receive a QR code or PIN in the App.

💡 General Tips for the Customer

Always bring your ID Card and the collection code (PIN/QR) sent via SMS/Email.

Parcels stay at the point between 5 to 10 business days. If you don't pick them up, they return to the sender!

Installing the official apps (especially DHL and UPS) gives you real-time control that the website doesn't always allow.
