Collection Point - New Wave Guide

ServicePoints

1. At purchase: Select 'DHL ServicePoint' at the store checkout.
2. Via SMS/Email: Once the order is shipped, you receive a link to the ODD portal. Click it and choose 'Collect at a ServicePoint'.
3. Site/App: Enter the tracking number on the DHL website and change the delivery to the New Wave point in Nazaré.

Access Points

1. At purchase: Choose 'UPS Access Point' if available.
2. Via UPS My Choice: Create a free account on the portal/app and set a fixed collection point as preference.
3. Redirection: If you are not at home, ask via the tracking site for the order to go to the New Wave Access Point in Nazaré.

ParcelShops

1. At the time of purchase: Choose the 'ParcelShop Delivery' option.
2. FlexDeliveryService: GLS sends an email with a link to change the day, address or choose a ParcelShop.
3. Tracking Site: Enter the order number and Zip Code. If it hasn't left for distribution, select the point on the New Wave map in Nazaré.

VASP Kios

1. At purchase: Select 'VASP Kios' and use the map to find the kiosk nearest to you.
2. On the Site: Through the VASP tracking portal, you can request delivery to a specific Kios point.

Lockers

1. At purchase: Select 'New Wave' on the map that appears in the Vinted App.
2. Vinted App: Choose wisely at checkout! It is not possible to change the point after the label is generated.
3. Collection: You receive a QR code or PIN in the App.

💡 General Tips for the Customer

Always bring your ID Card and the collection code (PIN/QR) sent by SMS/Email.

Orders stay at the point for 5 to 10 business days. If you don't collect, they return to the sender!

Installing official apps (especially DHL and UPS) gives real-time control that the site doesn't always allow.
